1 pk. Defrosted Rainforest calamari rings ( squid rings)
1 teaspoon salt & pepper mix
2 teaspoon all-purpose seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cold Beer
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup corn flour
1/2 cup cornmeal.
Oil for frying

Recommended Sauce:
Jerk mango mayo.
1 cup mayo
1 teaspoon wet jerk seasoning
1/2 cup mango chutney
Place all in a bowl and whisk



Season Squid rings with salt & pepper .
In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and beer in a bowl and place the calamari in.
Allow to sit for a minimum of 20 minutes.
In another bowl combine both flour, all-purpose seasoning and paprika.


Heat up a pot which is conducive to frying with oil aim for 325 f.
Drain the calamari and dredge in the flour shake lightly to remove excess.
Place the pieces individually in the heated oil and fry until golden brown, 3-5 minutes
Remove and place on a tray lined with paper towel.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
