1 bag of Rainforest Seafoods Jumbo Shrimp

8 cloves of garlic

3 stalks of scallion

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp oregano

1/4 tsp mustard powder

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

3 tbsp olive oil

1 lemon, sliced into wedges

Parsley to garnish


In a food processor, add the garlic, scallion, olive oil, and spices. Combine until it becomes a paste.

Marinate the shrimp in the paste for an hour.

Skewer the shrimp and grill them on high each for about 2 minutes on each side.

To serve, squeeze the lemon over the skewers and sprinkle with parsley.
