Ingredients

1 lb Rainforest Basa Fillets

2 ozs UnSalted Butter

1 oz Wet Jerk Seasoning

1 pkg Penne Pasta

2 cloves Garlic [roasted & minced]

¼ cup Apple Vodka

½ tbsp chopped fresh basil

½ tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 Onion [diced]

1 Red Bell Pepper [diced]

1 Green Pepper [diced]

2 cups Heavy Cream

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Salt & Pepper – to taste

Directions

Sauté Rainforest Basa Fillets with butter, jerk seasoning, garlic

& Apple Vodka. Add veggies & herbs. Cook over med. heat for 3 mins.

Add cream. Heat until bubbling. Meanwhile, cook & drain pasta.

Add to cream sauce. Stir until thickened. Add parmesan.

Serve immediately.
