Ingredients
1lb. Rainforest Seafoods mussels
½ tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
2 tsp. butter
1 tsp. jerk seasoning
1 sprig fresh thyme
1 cup tomato juice
Directions
Heat up a large skillet on medium flame, add the butter, jerk seasoning and garlic sauté for 20 seconds.
Add the other ingredients and allow to simmer for 6 minutes.
Remove and serve.
