Ingredients

2½ lbs Rainforest Whole Little Neck Clams

2 oz Garlic

2 oz Onions

1 oz Butter

1 oz Oil

2 oz Tomatoes [Diced]

½ glass White Wine

½ oz Parsley

Salt & Pepper – to taste

Directions

Thaw Rainforest Whole Little Neck Clams overnight in refrigerator.

Melt butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Add garlic & onion and cook for 3 minutes

before adding diced tomatoes. Wash Rainforest Whole Little Neck Clams

& add to mixture with white wine. Cover & simmer for approximately 5 minutes.

Add chopped parsley for garnish.
