1 pack large Rainforest Seafoods cooked shrimp [defrosted]

6 fingers green bananas [cooked and sliced}

1 small papaya [peeled and diced]

½ cup Rainforest Seafoods mixed vegetables

1 cup prepared cocktail sauce

1 tsp. fresh lime juice

1 tsp. fresh basil [chopped]

2tsp. fresh parsley [chopped]

1tsp. salt and pepper

2tsp. olive oil


Place mixed vegetables in 1 cup of boiling water for two minutes, remove and cool down.

In a large mixing bowl combine all the ingredients using a spoon to mix in the cocktail sauce.

Cover and place in a refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes

Remove and serve.

Recommended serving portion: 4 oz per person.
